Overview
TWOSTONE&Sons Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") and the group companies defined in the Group List (each, a "Group Company," and together with the Company, the "Group") declare that we will have no relationship of any kind with antisocial forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society. We establish this Basic Policy in order to maintain public trust and to realize sound corporate management.
Basic Principles
Organizational Response
The Group responds to antisocial forces not by leaving the matter to individual employees or departments, but as a whole organization led by top management. We ensure the safety of employees who deal with unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
Collaboration with External Specialist Organizations
To prepare for unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, the Group maintains close working relationships at all times with external specialist organizations, including the police, the Tokyo Citizens' Center for the Eradication of Organized Crime (a public-interest incorporated foundation), and legal counsel.
Complete Severance of All Relations, Including Transactions
The Group will have no relations of any kind — including transactional relationships — with antisocial forces. The Group will reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
Civil and Criminal Legal Response in the Event of an Incident
The Group will respond to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces through both civil and criminal legal channels.
Prohibition of Back-Door Deals and Financial Contributions
Even when unreasonable demands from antisocial forces arise on the basis of misconduct in business activities or similar matters, the Group will under no circumstances engage in any back-door deal aimed at concealing the matter. The Group will under no circumstances provide funds to antisocial forces.
