Strategic Partnership with Kasoku Inc. — Accelerating DX of Hotel Operations Powered by Physical AI

On April 20, 2026, enableX Inc. entered into a strategic partnership with Kasoku Inc. (headquartered in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Keisuke Arai) — a firm specializing in hotel development and operational consulting — to drive Digital Transformation (DX) of hotel operations through Physical AI.

Under its mission to "update Japan's economic standing," Kasoku provides end-to-end support for hotel businesses, spanning land acquisition, planning, design, development, sales, and operations. Centered on Tokyo and Osaka, the firm operates more than 50 accommodation facilities nationwide, with particular strength in data-driven revenue management.

enableX has, to date, focused on deep tech — multimodal AI, image analysis, simulation, and workflow automation — to address societal challenges such as labor shortages and aging infrastructure. This partnership marks its full-scale entry into the Physical AI domain for the hotel and housing industries, where labor shortages are particularly acute.

Together, the two companies will tackle the challenge of "running operations intelligently without compromising hospitality." By capturing and automating the real-time state of hotel operations, they will leverage the resulting operational data to enhance the mid- to long-term value of hotel facilities.
