— Launching an AI Business Development Service That Opens Up the Asian Market with Multimodal AI × LLM Research and Development Capabilities —
We have entered into an alliance with Aimesoft Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Yen So 1, Duong Hoa, Hanoi, Vietnam; Representative Director: Nguyen Tuan Duc; hereinafter "Aimesoft") to advance AI social implementation, and we will strengthen our collaboration going forward.
Strengths of Both Companies
As a pioneer in multimodal AI research and technology development, Aimesoft develops its own LLMs (Large Language Models) and multimodal AI products tailored to a wide range of business contexts.
enableX is an AI-native business development firm comprising AI-focused entrepreneurs. We have a strong track record applying core technologies — text, image, and audio — along with a range of generative AI and personalization technologies. We also hold extensive experience and know-how leading numerous AI businesses, primarily in strategy and marketing, through to IPO and divestiture.
Purpose of the Alliance
By combining enableX's AI business development capabilities with Aimesoft's AI research and technology implementation capabilities, we will deliver the following:
- Converting individual-dependent expertise within enterprises and organizations into AI × Data
- Providing technology-specialized AI solutions
- Accelerating the implementation of advanced technologies
In particular, for LLM services, development and implementation will be possible at both the pre-training and fine-tuning stages. We will deliver services led by experts with a proven track record of significantly improving Japanese LLM accuracy through dataset and instruction-data application.
Value Delivered Through the Joint Scheme
Through the joint scheme of both companies, we will be able to deliver the following services specialized in core technologies:
- Development of individualized AI assistants — including sentiment analysis — powered by multimodal AI
- Research, development, and technical implementation of large language models, including scratch-built models for public- and private-sector use
- Business creation and the build-out of technology implementation structures in Japan, China, Korea, and Southeast Asian markets
Outlook
Starting from this alliance, Mr. Duc — founder and CEO of Aimesoft — will formally join enableX as Research Advisor and Advisor. The two companies will jointly drive customer service delivery and product development to further accelerate AI social implementation. enableX will continue to leverage deep frontline understanding and AI-enabled business development capabilities to drive social implementation of "AI close to home" for customers and users, while contributing to the establishment of standards for AI business development across Asian markets.
About Aimesoft
Founded in 2018, Aimesoft has independently developed "Multimodal AI" — a system that fuses multiple algorithms (speech processing, natural language processing, image processing, big data, data mining, text mining) and data types. Just as humans identify objects through sight and sound, Aimesoft's technology cross-processes images, audio, language, and multiple modalities to achieve more advanced recognition. About Mr. Nguyen Tuan Duc
PhD in Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo. He has been recognized for numerous academic papers and holds patents. He has led AI-related research and development at corporations and has a proven track record of building and implementing multiple LLMs — including from pre-training through fine-tuning — for both public and private sectors. He is also well versed in high-speed GPU application and infrastructure technology implementation. In 2018 he founded Aimesoft (Vietnam) and, as a pioneer in multimodal AI, drives AI research, development, and social implementation across Japan and Southeast Asia.
