(headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Shun Kenmotsu; hereinafter "enableX"), which provides next-generation business development services through advanced business development expertise and innovative AI technology, is pleased to announce that on June 20, 2025, it has agreed to acquire all shares of Minato Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yuta Yamazaki; hereinafter "Minato"), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Background and Purpose of the Acquisition
