enableX Acquires Nofty Consulting Inc. to Strengthen Services Across Asia

enableX Inc. (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Shun Kenmotsu; hereinafter "enableX"), which provides next-generation business development services through advanced business development expertise and innovative AI technology, is pleased to announce that on June 20, 2025, it has agreed to acquire all shares of Nofty Consulting Inc. (headquartered in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Han Kyung-Wook; hereinafter "Nofty Consulting"), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Background and Purpose of the Acquisition

Under its mission to "fuse technology and execution to continuously generate new business value," enableX delivers next-generation business development services globally — powered by innovative AI technology and advanced business development expertise.

As globalization accelerates, Japanese enterprises increasingly need support for overseas expansion — particularly into Asian markets. Reflecting this market environment, enableX will significantly strengthen its global expansion support framework through the acquisition of Nofty Consulting, which has an extensive track record in cross-border engagements with Korea.

Nofty Consulting has delivered a broad range of cross-border consulting services — including market entry strategy, partnership building, and localization support — to companies in both Japan and Korea. In particular, its deep insight into the Korean market and its local network are critical assets for enableX's expansion across Asia.

Through this acquisition, we will contribute to promoting business exchange between Japan and Korea. We will also drive the globalization of the group as a whole and aim to establish a strong presence in Asian markets.
