A Matching Platform of Individualized AI Agents
We built a platform on which "AI agents" representing both candidates and recruiting companies (long-tenured employees) hold 24-hour dialogues, automating high-precision matching that goes beyond conventional condition-based matching to include qualitative dimensions.

We built a platform on which "AI agents" representing both candidates and recruiting companies (long-tenured employees) hold 24-hour dialogues, automating high-precision matching that goes beyond conventional condition-based matching to include qualitative dimensions.
In the staffing-services business, we supported the build of a platform that automates and elevates the candidate interview and job-introduction work previously done by humans — through dialogue between AI agents. The system generates "individualized AI agents" for both candidates and recruiting companies and lets them communicate on their behalf. The candidate-side AI explores essential needs that don't appear on a resume; the recruiter-side AI articulates the appeal of the role. By having these AIs converse and match around the clock, we reduced the workload of scheduling and condition verification previously borne by human intermediaries and delivered high-precision matching that incorporates qualitative dimensions.
[Challenges]
- Across similar interview processes, intermediaries listened (the agent explored candidates' needs from their history and other inputs).
- Existing matching was based on standardized forms (matching ran on form fields such as desired compensation and work conditions).
- Human constraints made it necessary to align schedules with intermediaries (human-to-human exchange was required, consuming time and creating load).
[Results]
- AI agents replaced the interview process and conducted in-depth follow-ups (scheduling between parties was eliminated, and candidates could converse comfortably with the AI agent).
- Individualized AI-to-AI matching incorporated qualitative dimensions (the agents inferred workplace environment and essential needs and articulated the rationale behind each match).
- End-users could move from interview through matching to application end-to-end (both interviewing and matching were handled by AI agents, available 24/7, 365 days a year).
