After leaving the firm, he led Digital Transformation (DX) strategy, talent development, and marketing strategy projects for major listed enterprises at a domestic boutique firm. He subsequently joined the founding management of a consulting firm, driving business expansion and achieving a successful exit through a divestiture to a listed company.
