Biography
As General Manager of Specialized Japan, the global sports bike brand, he led a broad portfolio spanning store operations, post-acquisition PMI, and new business development. His strength lies in multi-dimensional business management that ties on-the-ground operations to executive performance metrics.
In the digital domain, he has led large-scale Digital Transformation (DX) projects that integrate CRM, web, and POS systems. By synthesizing the perspectives of consumers, front-line staff, back-office teams, and management, he has driven data-driven UI/UX optimization.
More recently, he has focused on building flexible system foundations using headless architecture and modern web technologies. By deeply integrating AI into the platform, he leads the design and implementation of next-generation operations — going beyond mere workflow automation to enable seamless collaboration among people, AI, and systems.
