Biography

McKinsey & Company, where he was engaged in global growth strategy formulation and M&A advisory, primarily for manufacturing clients. After becoming independent, he founded SciSeed Inc., an AI-related business. As Representative Director, he delivered remarkable growth — 2 billion yen in revenue and 1.1 billion yen in operating profit within five years. After divesting the company to Zenken Corporation, he led the firm to its IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2021 as a Director. He currently serves as a Director of enableX Inc., driving AI-native next-generation business development. In September 2025, following the integration of Strategy Campus Inc. (of which he serves as Representative), he is bringing into enableX consulting capabilities built on a foundation of more than 300 business creation engagements. His book "Insight-Centered Growth Strategy" has become a bestseller as a guide to business creation in uncertain times.
