Biography

Worked at NHK for 10 years as a program director, leading the planning and production of major flagship programs and earning an International Emmy Award nomination and the ATP Award Encouragement Prize for Newcomers. He subsequently joined the strategy division of Accenture Japan, where he was engaged in new business strategy formulation, smart city business planning, and enterprise-wide generative AI deployment and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) projects. Beyond strategy formulation, he drives consulting that combines both creative and logical perspectives — including consensus-building with front-line departments, execution support as PMO, and organizational transformation and talent development.
