We delivered support for generating "digital clones" that reproduce the "knowledge" of executives and business leaders — their character, values, career, and domain expertise — along with their appearance and voice, and for applying these clones to communications both inside and outside the company. By combining generative AI (LLM) with voice synthesis and video-analysis technology, we established a system in which the principal's avatar responds via messages and dialogue. We provided an environment in which employees could ask the executive questions and seek advice at any time, enabling the transmission of management philosophy and know-how. In addition, the clone — unconstrained by physical limitations — also handles and supports external activities such as sales work, meetings, and presentations, addressing the resource gap of busy executives and establishing a structure that prevents lost opportunities.
