Our Representative Director, Nakamura, took the stage at "Human Capital Management as Corporate Strategy," hosted by Biz/Zine Day 2025 Winter.

On January 21, 2025, our Director Yoji Nakamura spoke at "Human Capital Management as Corporate Strategy," hosted by Biz/Zine Day 2025 Winter, delivering a talk on "'People and Organization' in Business Creation as a Growth Strategy — Human Capital Management and Organization in Chugai Pharmaceutical's Growth Strategy."

In his talk, he walked through the three key points from his book "Insight-Driven Growth Strategy," illustrated with concrete examples.

He also joined the closing panel discussion alongside Mr. Onozawa, Senior Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Planning at Chugai Pharmaceutical, where the participants discussed corporate organizations and cultures that attract the kind of talent capable of contributing to enterprise value uplift.
