Global Hiring — Business Development Manager (Korea Market)

Job Description

We are seeking candidates with strong potential and a clear drive to grow — no consulting experience required — to develop as Business Development Consultants. Under the guidance of senior consultants, you will participate in client business development and growth support projects.

■ Responsibilities

• Project Management (PM) of consulting engagements
• Leading the full lifecycle — issue framing, hypothesis design, information gathering, analysis, proposal development, and execution support
• Creating materials, delivering reports, and serving as a sounding board to support client decision-making
• Managing team workflow and ensuring quality of deliverables
  * Strong bridging communication skills required — across both the Korean team and Japanese clients

■ Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in strategy / new business / PM at a consulting firm or operating company, or 3+ years of business execution experience at a start-up
• Issue-driven thinking, hypothesis-driven thinking, and structuring capability
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with multiple stakeholders (domestic and international)
• Japanese: Native or business-level fluency (JLPT N1 required)
• Korean: Native or business-level fluency

■ Preferred Skills

• Experience on cross-border projects (particularly Japan–Korea)
• Experience supporting start-ups (VC, accelerator, business development, etc.)
• Team management experience
• Knowledge of data analytics, M&A, and joint venture (JV) design
• English: Practical reading, writing, and meeting-level fluency is a plus
