Job Description

A position responsible for project management — from requirements definition through design, development, and release/growth — on Digital Transformation (DX) and business transformation projects centered on AI / data / SaaS. As a bridge between business and technology, you will integrate scope, quality, budget, schedule, and risk management, and commit to value creation for the client.

■ Responsibilities

End-to-end project management of DX / product development projects centered on AI and data utilization
Requirements definition (business and system requirements) and scope control
WBS, progress / risk / issue management, and stakeholder management
Understanding the overall architecture across LLMs / machine learning, data platforms, and application development, and supporting decision-making
Vendor / partner management, and effort and cost management
Post-release growth planning and identifying project upsell opportunities
Facilitating consensus building across stakeholders — from CxO to frontline layers
Understanding the overall system architecture — including AI, data, and applications — and conducting design reviews
Progress management during the implementation phase of LLM / ML models, data platforms, and front-end / back-end development
Designing quality standards, defining acceptance criteria, and planning and managing test execution
Organizing issues from security, governance, and legal perspectives, and coordinating with relevant departments

■ Required Skills

Project management experience in IT / digital / AI domains (3+ years as a guideline)
Hands-on experience across the full system development lifecycle — from requirements definition through design, development, testing, and release
Experience on projects involving AI / data / cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) components
Hands-on experience in vendor management and effort, schedule, and cost management
Consensus building and facilitation skills involving internal and external stakeholders

■ Preferred Skills

PM experience on AI products / data products, or product development, operations, or PM experience on SaaS / web services
Foundational knowledge of natural language processing, machine learning, and data engineering
Experience communicating with CxO-level stakeholders on B2B enterprise engagements
Pre-sales / proposal-to-win experience in custom development engagements
Ability to read technical documentation in English and experience working with overseas vendors
End-to-end experience leading RFP (Request for Proposal) conception, drafting, and vendor selection
Experience negotiating with multiple AI / IT vendors
