Job Description
You will primarily lead engagement acquisition (proposals and client negotiation) and oversee multiple parallel projects, along with organization-building work. As enableX continues to scale, we are seeking candidates with deep management, sales, client negotiation, and delivery experience in the consulting industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for project oversight and budget management, as well as client negotiation and people development.
■ Responsibilities
- Project execution
- Information gathering / analysis / recommendations
- Client negotiation / relationship building
- Developing project team members
- Winning follow-on and new engagements from clients in coordination with the sales team
- Identifying latent consulting service needs within client organizations
■ Required Skills
- Experience selling projects to large enterprise clients
- Experience delivering projects as the leader of a project team of five or more
- Management experience at a consulting firm
■ Preferred Skills
- Existing client relationships that can be leveraged after joining enableX
- Track record of entrepreneurship, exits, or IPOs
- Language proficiency and track record in international business
