About the companyJob Description
You will play a central role in enableX's in-house business development, driving M&A and investment deals targeting companies that can leverage our AI technologies and business development model. You will own the full lifecycle — from deal sourcing through execution to PMI (post-merger integration management) — to realize new value creation.
■ Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying M&A opportunities
- Business and financial due diligence on target companies
- Valuation analysis and investment decisions
- Negotiation and contract execution support
- PMI strategy formulation and execution
- Implementing value-creation initiatives at portfolio companies
■ Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on M&A experience (investment banking, private equity fund, corporate, etc.)
- Financial modeling and valuation skills
- Hands-on due diligence experience
- Ability to manage multiple deals in parallel
■ Preferred Skills
- M&A experience with technology companies
- Hands-on experience in PMI (post-acquisition integration)
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA
- Experience in entrepreneurship or business launches
- Business-level English negotiation skills
