[Engagement Scope]
- We developed the sales strategy to win contracts from leading Korean content holders and IP companies and recommended effective outreach approaches. We provided support spanning meeting arrangements through to negotiation.
- Based on Flag's requirements, we sourced Korean IT startups and supported negotiations toward business partnerships. Through interpreting and on-site escort, we coordinated both sides' intent and delivered smooth contract signing.
[Challenges]
- The client was targeting global expansion by winning engagements with Korean companies strong in the content space, but lacked a network.
- To strengthen inbound advertising initiatives, the client was exploring partnerships with technically capable Korean startups. However, the lack of negotiation experience with Korean companies and contract-signing know-how created challenges in selecting the right partner and running negotiations smoothly.

- Signed a contract with a leading Korean content startup and launched support for business development in Japan leveraging the partner's intellectual property (IP).
- Signed a business-partnership contract with a Korean IT company and launched joint development of the Japanese edition of an AI-powered influencer marketing platform and exclusive distribution in Japan.
