Blockchain Business Launch and Alliance Building

• Business development phase: We identified the target business domain through competitive research and developed the business model. We led alliance negotiations and partnership-scheme design in preparation for the PoC.
• PoC execution phase: Through repeated discussions with multiple partner companies, we conducted overseas research on the card business and UI/UX research. We delivered UI/UX design for the PoC, sourced alliance partners, built the front-end prototype of the Wallet App, and led the overall program.
• Global alliance support: We secured meetings with overseas market makers, led alliance negotiations, and provided operational support for participation in international trade shows. We worked hands-on as the coordinator across a three-party stakeholder structure.

[Challenges]

• The client was exploring commercialization of its proprietary patented technology but had stalled, with no clear path forward.
• Algorithmic-trading capability development for capturing next-generation financial markets required concrete definition of the necessary elements and outreach to domestic and overseas market makers.

• Currently delivering the new blockchain business end-to-end — from planning and implementation to PoC design and execution.
• From market research and business planning through to front-end prototype implementation, we delivered hands-on support while coordinating across a three-party stakeholder structure.
