Digital Twin Business Launch and Sales Enablement

Digital Twin Business Launch and Sales Enablement

To support the launch of a digital twin business, we crystallized the value proposition through direct customer interviews and developed both the criteria for progressing to PoC and the end-to-end concept design.

  • Research, analysis, and VoC execution: Beyond due diligence and market analysis, we executed Voice-of-Customer (VoC) interviews with 11 target companies. We captured the elements that constitute the product's core benefits, as well as pricing and similar dimensions.
  • Strategy and planning: We developed the initial business strategy, the business plan, and a detailed plan for PoC execution. Drawing on VoC, we defined the value proposition (productivity gains, cost reduction, and similar value definitions) and the customer segments.
  • Definition of PoC progression criteria: As high-potential customers were surfaced during VoC and the PoC counterparties were finalized, we developed the stage-gate framework and scoring criteria — including market presence, targeting, and functional sufficiency — for making "Go / No-go" decisions.
  • End-to-end concept development: We developed the end-to-end concept for the digital twin service on the manufacturing floor (high-tempo PDCA, simulation, data modeling, and similar capabilities).

[Challenges]

  • Using a digital twin product mock-up, the client needed to interview customers to understand the elements that constitute the product's core benefits and pricing, and to define the criteria for progressing to PoC.

[Results]

  • Defined the value proposition based on VoC.
  • Defined the criteria for progressing to PoC based on VoC (stage-gate framework).
  • Developed the end-to-end concept for a "digital twin service on the manufacturing floor."
