(headquartered in Kanata, Ontario, Canada; CEO: Christopher Murray; hereinafter "FoxNRTH") in view of future business expansion targeting primarily North America and the strengthening of its service offerings.
Purpose of the Business Partnership
The Company provides business creation consulting and execution support services primarily for domestic enterprises, supporting business launches and execution by leveraging extensive expertise and networks.
This partnership aims to further evolve the services we offer, with the goal of significantly strengthening our support framework for overseas expansion.
FoxNRTH is a consulting firm whose strengths lie in deep insights and networks across North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. The firm provides business strategy formulation, partnership building, and execution support in local markets.
We have been collaborating with FoxNRTH for approximately one year, and have now decided to strengthen the partnership with the aim of further expanding our cooperative framework.
Through this partnership, by leveraging FoxNRTH's extensive overseas networks and expertise, the Company will extend its global network primarily into Canada and the United States, delivering end-to-end support — from market research to execution — for business expansion into each country, and thereby realizing more effective support.
This service will be offered as the "Gateway Program."
Background to the Business Partnership
When many domestic enterprises seek to expand their business overseas, language barriers, differences in business practices, and the absence of networks become major challenges, preventing them from fully capturing latent business opportunities.
The Company recognizes the importance of maximally leveraging overseas networks and expertise in order to further strengthen its support framework.
